Practices and events changes - 3 April 2020

The current closure of venues and gatherings in Ireland requires us to cancel all practices until further notice. We will continue to review this in line with Irish government advice over the coming period. Please check back at this website for up to date information.

Cruinniú has been rescheduled to 2-4 October 2020. We will treat bookings for the previous event in line with the requests we have received by email.

We are also deeply sorry to announce that Tavern of Fools is cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. Attendees of Tavern of Fools will receive a refund by their method of payment.

Tavern of Fools cancelled

We’re cancelling Tavern of Fools as well. Realistically, anyone planning an event at this time has only two choices: press on, or cancel. And everyone planning to attend events has to deal with a lot of uncertainty. Our food-focused events (there will be more) are supposed to be relaxed and unstressful; uncertainty around travel or health isn’t really on-brand for that.

Cruinniú postponed

16 Mar 2020

We are deeply sorry to announce that Cruinniú will be postponed due to the COVID-19 situation. Given the extraordinary measures being taken by countries across Europe and North America, and to protect our families, friends, and all other people in our society (and Society), we have unfortunately had to make the very difficult decision to postpone Cruinniú to a later stage in the year.
